This Fair Use Policy sets the rules for how Candibean Entertainment subscribers may use their ticket claims. It ensures fair access for all members and protects against misuse of the service.

1. Ticket Claim Limits

  • Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of ticket claims per month.
  • Claims cannot be carried over to the next month if unused.
  • You may only claim tickets within your current plan allowance.

2. Personal Use Only

  • Tickets are strictly for personal use by the account holder.
  • Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or goods.
  • Using tickets for business or commercial purposes is not allowed.

3. Misuse of Claims

The following actions are considered misuse:

  • Attempting to claim more tickets than your plan allows.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass claim limits.
  • Sharing account access with others to increase claim volume.
  • Reselling or distributing tickets obtained through your subscription.

4. Consequences of Misuse

If we detect misuse, Candibean Entertainment may take the following steps:

  • Suspend or block access to your account.
  • Cancel tickets obtained through misuse.
  • Refuse refunds for any affected subscription period.
  • Terminate your subscription permanently in cases of repeated or serious misuse.

5. Monitoring and Compliance

  • We may monitor account activity to ensure compliance with this policy.
  • Subscribers may be asked to provide proof of identity when claiming certain tickets.
