These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Candibean Entertainment web app and WhatsApp service (“Services”). By subscribing and using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

  • Candibean Entertainment offers subscription plans that give you access to claim entertainment tickets.
  • All subscriptions are managed through our web app and WhatsApp platform.
  • You select your own events from the available options, and Candibean purchases and delivers tickets on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly at the plan rate you select.
  • Plans currently available: Starter Vibes (R249/month), Momentum Wave (R349/month), and Elite Experience (R549/month).
  • Payments must be made through the supported payment methods.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

4. Ticket Claims and Use

  • Each subscription includes a set number of ticket claims per month, depending on your plan.
  • All ticket claims are subject to event availability.
  • Tickets are non-refundable once claimed.
  • Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Keep your account details and WhatsApp number secure.
  • Do not use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • You may change or cancel your subscription by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We may adjust subscription plans or pricing with prior notice.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim to keep our Services available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, event organizers, or technical failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Candibean Entertainment is not responsible for event cancellations, changes by organizers, or conditions outside our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the current billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, content, and platform features are the property of Candibean Entertainment.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
  • Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
